We accept ALL PPO plans in our office and can work with your insurance to maximize your benefits while minimizing your out-of-pocket expenses. We are a Preferred Provider for many dental insurance companies including Delta Denta, Aetna, Cigna, Principal and Regence. If you have questions about your insurance please call or e-mail, we'd be happy to tell you how it works in our office.
Every insurance policy is different and they are ever changing. We will provide you with a general estimate of treatment needs and encourage you to contact your insurance plan to learn about any exclusions, limitations, waiting periods, and maximums. If your policy ends up not covering treatment as expected, you are financially responsible for the treatment received.
If you are a new patient to our office, please visit our patient forms page to download our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. Thank you and please contact our office if you have any questions at all.
For your convenience, we accept cash and most major credit cards. Feel free to contact our office If your treatment plan requires more comprehensive dental work and you want to discuss financial arrangements.
For uninsured patients, we offer a 5% cash and 2% credit card discount for payment in full at the time of service.
Please give us a call and ask us any questions you may have regarding our financial policies. Our goal is to make getting the dental care you need easier.
If you have an outstanding bill and would like to pay via our secure online platform, you may do so by clicking here.
Please be advised, your scheduled appointment time has been reserved especially for you. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, we request 2 business days' notice to reschedule.
